FSX DPF Cleaning System & Equipment

Text Box: Stage 1 - FSX Pneumatic DPF Cleaner 
The FSX DPF-PC6 Pneumatic DPF Cleaner scans the filter with high pressure bi-directional air jets to clear the air passages.  Adjustable to accommodate DPF filters of different heights and diameters.  Connects to RP-550B dust collector to capture all particulate.  Automatic and manual modes effectively remove ash and carbon.
Requires compressed air source; 120 V, 15 Amp.
FSX Standard Test Bench is used to baseline air flow before and after each stage of cleaning.

Programmable PLC controller provides pre loaded baking programs to meet OEM specifications.  Proven FSX programs handle the toughest filters and avoid uncontrolled regeneration or cracking of the ceramic substrate.
FSX RP-550B Fume Collector  -  Captures the ash, carbon and oily smoke from the Pneumatic Cleaner, Standard Test Bench and Thermal cleaner.  Washable filters.
