History

FSX has been cleaning industrial and diesel particulate filters for over 14 years. FSX originally started cleaning paper, felt and micro-fiber filters utilized in a wide variety of applications. In 1999 FSX started cleaning specialty filters for the aerospace industry that were made of a ceramic compounds and metal sub-straits.

In 2004 DPF’s were retrofitted onto transit fleets in the Seattle area as part of EPA funded trials of the technology. Shortly after that time several of the transit agencies turned to FSX for professional filter cleaning services.

FSX has designed and manufactured all of the DPF cleaning equipment utilized in the FSX DPF filter cleaning operations. The machines were designed to duplicate the exact cleaning method that we found worked the best and package it into a professional, compact package. FSX understands the importance of getting the filter clean. Customers that get back a filter that is not clean typically don’t come back. With that in mind the correct equipment is designed and built rather than trying to cut corners at the cost of the customer. The FSX equipment we offer for sale is the same equipment we utilize in our own filter cleaning service shops.
