Dust Collector Exhaust
The exhaust stream of air from the dust collector should be reviewed to make sure it is in compliance with local clean air regulations.
All dust collectors have internal filters tasked with catching the particulate matter (PM) from the cleaning process. The micron filtration rating, construction material, cleaning, and replacement of these filters all affect their ability to properly remove PM from the exhaust air stream.
FSX dust collectors such as the SootSucker 2 and SootSucker 5 can be equipped to meet the most stringent regulations.
