At FSX we are committed to your absolute satisfaction with our products and services. The pages we are adding to our customer and technical support areas are designed to get you the answers you need as soon as possible.

We realize that no online resource will ever replace that of a real "human" to talk to, but "Murphy" says that things will go wrong when you can't reach us, so we will put the most common support issues online in order to minimize any possible down-time.
