STRINGENT QUALITY CONTROL

ENVIRONMENTALLY PROVEN

FSX Reconditioning processes are designed with Employee Safety and the Environment in mind.

Stage 1 Pneumatic cleaning removes over 90% of loose soot and ash in dry form. Dry soot and ash are easily disposed of and don't create additional, much more difficult liquid waste to filter and certify.
Our unique Bypass Detection detects failed filters UP FRONT to avoid wasted labor reconditioning bad filters.

Stage 2 Thermal cleaning removes 100% of remaining soot and loosens up to 20% of hardened ash scale and plugs for dry removal.

Stage 3 Wet Cleaning process uses chemical solutions to safely dissolve remaining scale and hardened ash plugs. Sludge is quickly and effectively removed using air-assisted water to minimize waste. Sludge is filtered and recovered to be disposed with your dry soot and ash.

Cleaned filters can be tested for clear channel depth, air flow (backpressure), and catalytic performance (if desired) and compared to new filters to verify recovery.
